Yes, all artworks are shipped worldwide from Switzerland using tracked, insured delivery.

Please allow 2 - 3 business days for handling. After that:
Within Europe: ~3–7 business days
International: ~7–21 business days (depending on customs) -
All pieces are carefully packed using protective, archival-quality materials to ensure they arrive safely.

Depending on your country, import taxes or customs fees may apply. These are not included in the artwork price.

In the rare case that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me at jen@jenkerins.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the artwork. I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement (if available) or a refund.

I offer a 14-day return window for eligible items. To request a return, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order at jen@jenkerins.com.
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition received and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Original artworks are eligible for return for store credit only. Prints are eligible for refund or store credit.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, store credit or refunds (where applicable) will be issued. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Commissioned or custom pieces are non-refundable.
